Middle Brook Mill was one of Friday’s SEEC Resiliency Fund grant-loan recipients; Carol Greenman, Donna Potak, Sarah Henry, and Dee Glas, here with SEEC’s Jim Becker, plan to use their $5,000 award as working capital to both purchase ingredients—including oat flour, organic whole grain pastry flour, blue cornmeal and blue corn grits—and for a chest freezer for their commercial-grade kitchen.

Middle Brook Mill plans to produce and then market its grain products through local and regional markets.
