Ben, Principal of Double Diamond Companies, brings two decades of real estate experience. He has overseen a diverse portfolio of properties and a management company responsible for over 350 units in the Capital Region. Recently appointed as Town Supervisor of Schoharie, Ben's background includes new development projects, collaboration with town boards, renovations, solar developments, and negotiation of PILOT agreements. Previously, he spent a decade in Commercial Banking focusing on commercial real estate. Here, he managed nearly $1 billion in permanent and construction financing by fostering client relationships and effectively managing financial risks.

Ben holds an MBA from the College of Saint Rose and an undergraduate degree from the State University at Albany. He actively contributes to several organizations, including SEEC, the Schoharie Town Board, Schoharie County IDA, and the Capital Region Community Loan Fund. Honored as part of the Albany Business Review's 40 under 40 class of 2020, Ben ensures efficient operations and provides valuable industry insights.

Since SEEC's inception, Ben was a member of the advisory council and took on an additional role to assist with the Parrott House project in 2023. for eight years, Paul and his wife now live in Schoharie, NY. He has been a SEEC Advisor since its inception, focusing on digital strategies and emerging opportunities.
