Paul is a US Army Veteran who served in Germany during the Cold War, after being born and raised in Troy, NY.

After earning a BS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he began his career at GE Research and Development Center in Niskayuna, NY. He held various sales and marketing roles at GE Plastics before transferring to GE Capital in Philadelphia, PA. In 1998, Paul joined Honeywell International Inc. and moved to Belgium as the managing director of the European Honeywell Plastics Business, while additionally serving on the Honeywell European Leadership Council. He later became the VP of Global Sales and Marketing at Hanwha Corporation in Detroit, a $50 billion Korean conglomerate, where he spent the remainder of his career.

Retired for eight years, Paul and his wife now live in Schoharie, NY. He has been a SEEC Advisor since its inception, focusing on digital strategies and emerging opportunities.
