Economic Development

SEEC has identified priority initiatives known as Digital Revolution, Industrial Diversity, and Main Street Vitality. We aspire to create opportunities, projects, and programs that both—redefine our communities, and are supported by an alliance of economic development leaders that represent municipalities, agencies, businesses, investors, and community members alike.

Between securing funding and resources for local businesses, closing the digital-divide in our county, and creating prosperous community spaces—to name just a few—SEEC uses core beliefs of placemaking, leveraging assets, and resiliency to create sustainable economic development within our community.
