About the artist:

Christopher Lisio is a Schoharie-based artist whose work has been exhibited in gallery, museum, university and nonprofit venues since 2000. Born and raised in Queens, Chris moved to Upstate New York as a teenager. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Albany in 2002, and a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of New York at New Paltz in 2006. His artwork includes the printmaking methods of monotype, silkscreen, image transfer, linocut, relief, collage, and photography. Most recently, Chris has been working on a series of paintings, which draw from his experience as a printmaker.
